Questions, answered.

Is this another robot voice?

No. HearIQ uses natural AI voices designed to sound like real people. Try a sample above or use the free tier to hear for yourself.

Will it slow down my browser?

No. HearIQ stays out of the page’s way — audio is generated on our servers and streams to you, with your first words typically starting in about a second.

What about my privacy?

HearIQ has no tracking pixels, no data resale, no cross-site cookies, and no behavior profiles. We collect only anonymous, EU-hosted product analytics — installs, plays, and upgrade milestones, never the pages you visit or anything that identifies you — and you can switch them off in the extension settings. Voice preferences stay in your browser. Payment is handled by our payment provider — we never see your card, and we never know what you read.

Is HearIQ only for disabled people?

No. Students, busy professionals, people with tired eyes, and anyone who learns better by listening use it. Some users have dyslexia or ADHD; others simply prefer audio. HearIQ works the same for everyone and includes full keyboard navigation.

What happens after the 3-day trial?

Every install starts with 3 days of full access to every voice — no card, no account. Afterwards the free plan keeps going: two natural voices (Dennis and Sarah) with a daily listening allowance, word-by-word highlighting included.

Why pay for Premium?

Premium unlocks all 13 natural voices and a generous listening volume (fair usage applies) for $69 a year — about $0.19 a day — or $7.99 monthly, with priority support and early access to new voices. A 30-day money-back guarantee covers you either way.

How can I get help?

Email support@heariq.io. Every message is read, usually within one day.
